Notice of Non-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

Complaints of discrimination, harassment and other forms of interpersonal violence, and retaliation may be submitted to the UVA Office for Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights (“EOCR”).  Information about how to submit a complaint, as well as complaint resolution procedures, is available on EOCR’s website. Complaints may also be filed with external agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights and, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity CommissionCommonwealth of Virginia Office of Civil Rights, and the Virginia Department of Human Resources Management.
